SPW Services can provide a complete training package on the RDM system to suit your individual requirements. 

We are flexible in our training times – realising the need of employee shift changes. We offer all day on site training (9am – 5pm) which allows the client to arrange for smaller groups to attend when they are in store within their normal shift working hours.

Operation and navigational procedures are covered (only limited to the client’s directives on content) as is the methods of alarm inhibiting when case cleaning pertaining to different cabinets and controller installations.

Signed certification covering training attendees, store personnel entered onto the system for alarm acceptance and remote monitoring ‘live’ status is obtained on the day to ensure that your company’s contractual obligations are met fully.
